Who we are
Shonly provides the service these terms describe. In them, “we” means Shonly and “you” means the business that uses it.
The service
Shonly is software for running a business on a schedule: bookings, checking in, payment records and reports, plus modules you can switch on.
The beta
Shonly is in beta: it’s free while the beta lasts, things may change, and we may ask for your feedback. We’ll tell you before the beta ends and before any price applies to you.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You decide who joins your team and what each person can see.
Your data
What you put into Shonly is yours. We use your clients’ data only to provide the service, and you can export it at any time.
Fair use
Don’t use Shonly to break the law or send spam, and don’t keep health information in free-text notes.
Prices
The beta is free. When paid plans start, you’ll pay one monthly price for the base plus a flat monthly price for each module you switch on — never per client.
Ending and changes
You can stop using Shonly at any time. We’ll give notice before we change these terms.
Liability and law
During the beta Shonly is provided as it is: we work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your own copy of anything important — you can export your data at any time. The full terms, with the law that governs them, come before the beta ends.
