Memberships is a module for selling plans — a monthly membership, a pass of ten visits — and letting them pay for bookings on their own.
Switch on Memberships in Settings → Modules.
Under Module settings → Memberships, add a plan: its name, its price, whether it repeats (weekly, monthly, quarterly) or is a one-time pass, and what it gives — unlimited visits, a number of visits, a discount or credit. Choose whether it covers every event or only some.
Sell it from a client’s page: on the Membership card, tap Sell membership, pick the plan, the start date and how they paid.
When they book, the form shows that the membership covers it. At check-in it’s settled, and the session shows Covered.
From the same card you can renew, pause, resume or end a membership. Sold the wrong one? Undo last sale.
Once a plan has been sold, only its name can change, so the people who bought it keep what they paid for. Archive a plan to stop selling it.
Shonly’s own words are used here. Your business may have renamed them — a class, a member, a coach — and the steps stay the same.
