You set up your business once, when you create your account. It takes a few minutes and needs only an email address and an invite code while the beta is invite-only.
On the sign-up page, enter your email and your invite code, then tap Continue.
Open the link we email you (it works once, for an hour), enter your name and a password, and tap Create account. You can use Continue with Google instead.
Under Set up your business, enter the business’s name and pick what kind of business it is: Dance studio, Gym, Event venue, Tutoring, Workshops or Something else.
Check the time zone (it comes from your device) and tap Create, followed by your business’s name.
The kind you pick only chooses Shonly’s starting words — Students and Classes for a dance studio, Members for a gym. You can change the words at any time.
What comes next
The Dashboard opens with a short checklist: add a place, create your first event, add your clients and invite your team. Each one has a button; a place and a team can be skipped if you don’t need them. Shonly works in euros, so there’s no currency to choose.
Shonly’s own words are used here. Your business may have renamed them — a class, a member, a coach — and the steps stay the same.
