Someone who didn’t book can still come in: add them at the door as a drop-in, and they’re checked in straight away.
On the door screen (Check-in, then the session), tap Add drop-in.
Search for them. Not found? Tap Add “…” as a new client, with their name.
If they pay now, pick how they paid.
Tap Check in, followed by their name.
If you search for someone on the door screen and they aren’t booked, Shonly offers to add them as a drop-in right there.
Drop-ins can be added while check-in is open. For an event where nobody books ahead, choose Drop-in under Attendance when you create it.
Shonly’s own words are used here. Your business may have renamed them — a class, a member, a coach — and the steps stay the same.
